Hey there!
I am the Children's Director for the K-5th graders. I grew up at Covenant and when the opportunity presented itself to come home to Covenant 3 years ago I jumped at it. The Covenant Church family has had a huge impact on my life from a young age and I am humbled and blessed to be a part of this thriving church. The Children's Ministry here at Covenant United Methodist Church is a place where kids are getting excited about God. We are empowering a new generation of disciples. Our goal is to help kids grow in their walk with Christ by discovering their own passion for worshipping God and serving others. If you want to see what all the excitement is about I want to personally invite you to take a look at the ongoing programs we offer.
- Children's Church (During 8:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. worship services)
- Promise Land Rotation Sunday School (Sundays at 9:50 a.m.)
- Orbit (Sundays 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.)
- Wednesday Nights (6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.)
We also have a ton of special events going on through the year such as our:
- Vacation Bible School
- Fun In the Son Day Camp
- Easter Egg Hunt
- Girls Princess Tea Party
- Father/Son Flag Football
- Mystery Events
- Harvest Festival
- Christmas Pageant
- Happy Birthday Jesus Party
